When you submit quote requests, contact forms, training bookings, callback requests, or calibration recall reminders, we collect: name, organization, email, phone, service interest, and any message or file you attach. Certificate verification lookups log the certificate number queried (not your personal data unless you contact us).

• To schedule calibration, training, and laboratory services
• To send calibration renewal reminders (if you opt in)

4. Legal basis & retention
